The Hideout - Kirkwood

Alex and Shane's wedding has all the mountain vibes, outdoor, lush backgrounds and our amazing Texas style BBQ. They wanted their guests to enjoy the outdoors, fish, relax and simply enjoy good food and good people by the fire.....Their menu was a mix of tasty appetizers like fire roasted chilis with a main course offering our famous 16 hour low and slow smoked brisket, chicken and pulled pork. This was balanced by classic mac n cheese, fall inspired mash potatoes & gravy plus our sautéed in butter-garlic green beans! Oh don't forget the mini desserts; four berry cobbler, decadent crème de mint chocolate brownies and raspberry cheesecake. Thank you for letting us cater your special day.

Black Oak Mountain Vineyards

Heather and Kevin Who tied the Knot on November 20, 2021 at the venue with the most amazing view, Black Oak Mountain Vineyards! Their event began with greeting their guests with cocktails and appetizers before walking up the path to their wedding ceremony site atop a beautiful hill with forever views. We were honored to serve our Catering appetizer specialties including pulled pork sliders, smoked sausage/pineapple skewers and southwest bruschetta to start what would be an epic afternoon and evening! This fun couple had a dance off to see who eats first, Sassy and loving it all the way until the end of night!

Fausel Ranch - Placerville, Ca

Caroline and Jaden were married October 10, 2021 at Fausel Ranch in Placerville surrounded by an intimate group of 50 family and friends. This was a special event for us as Caroline is a captain on our catering team and when she met the love of her life in Jaden she knew the hometown theme she wanted to share with him for their wedding details; Fausel Ranch, The Torunos photography and her favorite HogWild BBQ!

Apple Hill - Placerville, CA

A Wedding at home......Often a request from couples who want to share their day at the home one grew up in, are planning to spend their life together in or a great family friend offering up their lovely space. This is a common request and one we thoroughly enjoy because of the personal touch given by the setting. This home was used twice by two couples and you can see why given the barn as a back drop and space to set up our yummy buffet and charcuterie table (by Gourmet Grazers).
